The founders of Al-Tayyar Al-Abyad... From the fields of revolution to the fields of reconstruction, a voice for freedom, and justice for all Syrians.
The founding team of Al-Tayyar Al-Abyad includes a distinguished group of national figures who actively participated in the blessed Syrian revolution against the regime of tyranny, and against all forms of oppression and injustice inflicted upon our proud people throughout the years of the revolution, regardless of their source or the party responsible. We believe in freedom, justice, and the right of all Syrians to build a free and dignified homeland.

Yasin Al-Helal
Chairman of the Board
A lawyer and political activist, one of the early participants in the blessed Syrian revolution since its inception.
He served as the President of the Free Lawyers' Association and was one of its early founders, striving to defend the rights of the Syrian people against the oppression of the tyrannical regime.
He currently serves as the President of the Hilal Arbitration Center and is a prominent figure in revolutionary and civil work. He was a member of the Central Committee for the Management of the Dignity Sit-in, one of the most significant milestones of peaceful resistance against oppression.
Mr. Yassin Hilal believes that the new Syria must be built upon the values of justice, freedom, and equal citizenship, and that the revolution will continue until its noble goals are achieved.

Rani Hamd
Director of Legal Affairs and Human Rights at Al-Tayyar Al-Abyad
A lawyer and political activist, and a master's student in international law.
He was one of the prominent figures in the revolutionary movement from its early days, serving as a member of the Executive Office of the Syrian Revolution Coordinators. He was also part of the active political efforts as a member of the Political Committee of the Revolutionary Forces.
He actively contributed to organizing oversight and civil work through founding and coordinating the Popular Oversight Authority. Additionally, he played a key role as a member of the Central Committee for the Management of the Dignity Sit-in, reaffirming his commitment to the principles of freedom, dignity, and justice for the Syrian people.

Ahmed Salji
Director of the Experts Committee at Al-Tayyar Al-Abyad
A prominent revolutionary activist, he was among the first to answer the call for freedom at the onset of the Syrian revolution.
He founded the Syrian Organsaition for Popular Oversight, laying a solid foundation for organized civil work in defense of the rights of the Syrian people.
He participated in numerous revolutionary activities throughout the years of the revolution, consistently reaffirming his commitment to the values of dignity and justice.
He holds an advanced certificate in Logistics Business Techniques from the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), which has equipped him with high-level professional expertise that supports his work in the revolutionary and civil fields.

Ayad Merai
Commissioner for Politic and Foreign Relations
A professional architect with a deep sense of national loyalty, possessing extensive experience in management and executive engineering.
He serves as the Maintenance Management Director at the American Holiday Inn Group, where he contributed to the development and organization of the operational infrastructure for several major projects.
In addition to his academic and professional excellence, he was actively involved in the stages of the revolutionary movement, believing in the importance of comprehensive nation-building for a free homeland. He is guided by values of professionalism and unwavering commitment to national principles.

Majd Maroof
Director of the Media Committee
Founding Member of Al-Tayyar Al-Abyad
A revolutionary activist and creative media professional, combining free speech and expressive imagery in support of the Syrian people's cause.
He worked as a director with several Arab and international channels, using his lens to help bring the voice of the Syrian revolution to the world.
Mr. Majd combines high-level technical expertise with a steadfast national vision, believing that free media is a cornerstone of any popular struggle for freedom and justice.

Wasim Toutonji
Executive Director at Al-Tayyar Al-Abyad
A marketing expert and entrepreneur, possessing an advanced strategic vision in the fields of marketing and brand management.
He founded his own company, which contributed to launching and managing several successful marketing campaigns both inside and outside Syria.
Mr. Wassim combines national passion with professional expertise, dedicating his skills to supporting national causes and civil work. He firmly believes that building a free Syria requires modern tools and unwavering determination.

Ahmad Tamr
Secretary General of Al-Tayyar Al-Abyad
A lawyer and human rights activist, and a master's student in international law.
He is known for his active participation in the revolutionary movement from its early days, serving as a member of the Popular Oversight Authority. He contributed to the peaceful civil movement through his participation in the Dignity Sit-in and his role within the broader revolutionary movement.
Ahmed is distinguished by his tireless work in defending human rights and supporting social justice causes, believing that the Syrian revolution is a people's revolution striving for freedom and dignity in the face of all forms of tyranny.

Huda Sarjawi
Head of Social Affairs at Al-Tayyar Al-Abyad
A lawyer and legal researcher specializing in public international law and constitutional affairs.
She holds a diploma in Political Science and a diploma in Political Party Formation, which has provided her with in-depth experience in civil and organizational work.
She has a prominent presence in the fields of human rights and women's rights, having led several initiatives to enhance the role of women and empower them in Syrian society.
She serves as the Director of the Women's Coalition and contributes her legal and civil efforts to support the process of building Syria on the foundations of freedom, justice, and equal citizenship.

Nassim Yaziji
Director of the Public Relations Committee
A multidisciplinary political researcher, specializing in Middle Eastern issues and international politics, and the author of two prominent books on international politics and state reconstruction in Lebanon.
He contributed to bringing the Syrian issue into the international debate on the Responsibility to Protect (R2P), through research and articles referenced by prestigious international sources such as the University of Oxford and global research centers.
He holds a degree in Political and Administrative Sciences, along with a series of professional certifications in strategic thinking, project management, advocacy, and monitoring and evaluation from accredited international institutions such as the United States Institute of Peace, UNICEF, and the Humanitarian Leadership Academy.
He combines a deep academic vision with field experience in defending the causes of freedom, justice, and human rights.
